1. Order Processing Time

  • Standard Items: Processed within 1-3 business days.
  • Semi-Custom/Handmade Items: Please allow 3-5 business days for our artisans to craft and cleanse your piece before shipping.
  • Note: Orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates We offer worldwide shipping to ensure luck reaches you, wherever you are.

  • Standard Shipping: $0 (7-12 business days)
  • Express Shipping: $0 (3-5 business days)
  • Free Shipping: We are happy to offer FREE Standard Shipping on all orders over $60 (or your currency equivalent).

3. Tracking Your Order Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can monitor your package’s journey directly on our website or through the carrier’s portal.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes Braceletforluck is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to feel a deep connection with your Braceletforluck jewelry. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. Return Window You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

2. Return Conditions To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unworn, unused, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • In its original packaging (including the velvet pouch and energy cards).
  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

3. Non-Returnable Items (Important)

  • Customized/Personalized Pieces: Items that have been custom-engraved or specifically assembled based on personal initials/selections are final sale and cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect.
  • Sale Items: Only regular-priced items may be refunded; unfortunately, sale items are final sale.

4. Return Shipping Customers are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

5. Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

6. Damaged or Defective Items If your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at lix4cool@gmail.com with a photo of the item and the packaging. We will send a replacement at no extra cost to you.
